Our clients range from homeowners, businesses and for 2 years now, we are the Baltimore Orioleβs Preferred Vendor for overseeing the maintenance & cleaning of their 30 Properties in Virginia. Our Commercial Clientele has required us in being familiar & having knowledge in Property Management laws & regulations.
I solely curated a grassroots Direct marketing program that included a Network of 400k local City of Virginia Beach Employees. Members would receive our negotiated pricing for local eateries and businesses. They would get a percentage off of their bills or a complimentary appetizers through this membership. I created the ads & coupons for our Vendors as well as create the relationships with City to attain the membership. I also wrote and directed video production for our Vendors for social media content. The Membership was offered as a part of the employees benefits hiring package. This business closed unfortunately due to post covid, effects since most of our Vendors
I oversaw the conception of a brand new Linenβs Department. My responsibilities included the operational format & development, layout & infrastructure. I solely penned the Departmentβs Operational procedures, hired staff, processed payroll, worked directly with HR, as well as I initiated the βSafe Workplaceβ guidelines directly working with OSHA to establish Safety regulations. My plan for the Linenβs Department executed supplies for over 70 Properties (Occupancy equivalent to that of a 400 room hotel ) weekly. Hired as a Consultant for the purpose of launching the Department and train hourly employees to keep up what I set in place.
Directly oversaw & assisted Baristas in executing drink/food fulfillments during peak times(4:30AM-11:00AM). Duties include guest relations, Point of sale, Safe deposit drops/pick-ups, retail merchandising, store inventory, weekly orders as well as critical maintain Food and Safety regulations. I was appointed the Store Ambassador for the Gold Member Rewards Starbuck App. A direct result of this key role was our store saw a 30% growth in App usage.
