Exchange Money desk support. Responsible for checking, analyzing, and giving follow-up to all the Onshore and Offshore transactions closed by the Trading and Sales desk Team.
Within my main responsibilities the booking and later revision of most of the derivates and FX transactions closed during the day. Actively participate in the confection and validation of regulatory reports, KPIβs and data driven through reconciliation needed to monitor the daily transactions.
In charge of designing and coordinating different studies related to client service quality research, working with data collection and analysis of the same within a multifunctional team of 15-20 people.
One of the main clients was Entel (Chilean Telecommunications company) in which I was able to decrease in around a 40% the time installation of the new house internet service the company was delivering thanks to well-executed research
