2017/2019  Service Supervisor/Staffing Coordinator  @  Cintas

•	Supervisory responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and evaluating Service Sales Representatives to assure Cintas customers receive the highest level of customer service and provide quality in the most efficient manner.
•	Ensure new hire paperwork is completed, as well as manage onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and facilitate training.
•	Worked with HR data entry department to ensure that the reporting of data was consistent and served HR policies and objectives.
•	Training duties include driving a company- owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assisting the SSRs with lifting, carrying, and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts.
