## About me

When I was younger, my parents always told me that I could be anything I wanted to be. They came to America from Nigeria in the hopes of giving their children a better life. And so, from a young age, I knew that I wanted to do something important with my life.

I studied hard in school and went on to graduate from law school. After working as an associate at a law firm for a few years, I decided to start my own practice. This was my dream – to have my own business where I could help people in my community.

My law firm has now been fortunate enough to take on some challenging cases that increase our ability to better represent the community.

Looking back on my journey, I am so grateful for everything that has led me to where I am today. My parents instilled in me the importance of hard work and determination, and it is because of them that I am the successful lawyer I am today.

•	Advised clients on trademark registration, enforcement, and infringement issues
•	Successfully filed over 400 trademark applications and reviewed over 1,000.
•	Generated approximately $14,400.00 per month for the firm through 6 calls a day at $600.00 each, totaling over $172,000.00 within one year.
•	Drafted and handled trademark office actions for clients at the firm, and developed office action templates to increase efficiency and ensure completion within a 1-2 hour timeframe.

October 2018 - February 2022  Intellectual Property Attorney  @  Tumey LLP

•	Provided litigation support for managing attorneys by conducting research and document review for patent and trademark infringement cases, sifting through over 50,000 pages of documents in one particular litigation related to a patent for penal enlargement, using electronic discovery tools.
•	Developed a working knowledge of Relativity and created systems for gathering and tracking litigation information and electronically stored information, including uploading documents into Relativity, marking them with Bates Numbers, and assigning each document its own designation.
•	Maintained all electronic documents shared between parties during the discovery life-cycle for litigation, subpoena, and investigative matters, managed the docket for trademark, patent, copyright, and entertainment law clients, drafted licensing agreements for attorneys, and ensured that trademark matters currently pending did not lapse due to inactivity.
