## About me

I have over 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in marketing, operations, communications and project management. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, while driving business growth and efficiency.

In my most recent role, I managed the update and overhaul of our HCP website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity, value proposition, and data insights. I also oversaw our samples management strategy and program, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the distribution and utilization of our products. I have successfully collaborated with creative agencies, vendors, internal cross-functional partners, and sales reps to create and execute effective messaging and tools that support both HCPs and patients. Additionally, I have supported payer operations, patient and HCP advocacy organizations, and market research for XARELTO, one of our flagship products.
