June 2018 - December 2019  Social Media Coordinator  @  Texas State University

My role consisted of content curation, content creation, content scheduling, trend monitoring, community outreach, copywriting,  and analytic tracking.As my first marketing job for a major university, I gained a lot of experience in managing  multiple platforms, like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Staying up to date on university news and events played a major part in the content ideation process. My  work at Texas State University’s Marketing Office contributed to their 20,573 follower count increase and an overall 27.56% growth in engagement.

February 2020 - September 2020  Content Specialist  @  GoDaddy

During my time I worked with a range of small businesses, from hair salons to veterinarians. My daily activities were community management, copywriting, content creation, and content scheduling. I created two posts for up to 200 businesses per week. Due to the variations in businesses, marketing research was crucial. This role gave me insight on responding to all types of comments/reviews, and simultaneously juggling multiple projects at once.

June 2022 - Current  Marketing Manager  @  Aether Energy

At Aether Energy, my role is to create educational content, develop monthly content calendars, and manage content scheduling with Buffer for their solar energy company. Part of my daily tasks include community engagement by interacting with similar accounts and prospective customers. Other projects consist of staying on top of solar conferences and updates for possible brand awareness and networking opportunities. During my time I’ve helped launch and manage their socials from scratch and develop their website with my web design services.
