Whole management of all customer facing aspects of the companies Portfolio, inclusive of TPI and direct channels. Active portfolio management of queries and complaints using my previous knowledge of Energy and Compliance to ensure protocol followed or introduced where they were not already.

•	Mapped out process for generations sales working closely with operational and sales teams.
•	Managed 2 projects through to pilot consisting of 8000 MPANs working closely with CEO and board level members involved in the project.
•	Created job descriptions and interview candidates to build the service department from scratch.
•	Worked with our technical team to build a CRM system in Jira to track inbound queries and customer contact.

04/23 - 06/23  Key Account Manager  @  PHMG

Project management and relationship management for American key accounts. Working with a portfolio of over 100 clients. Providing a 360 service for their audio branding on VOIP and other technical provides. Working as the go between for the client and relevant internal terms such as creative, copy and technical.

•	Created creative prompts for new key accounts and renewal branding for existing clients.
•	Worked closely with Operation associates to assist in upskilling to account management.
•	Liaised with legal to facilitate contracts were adhered to from an internal and client perspective ensuring copywrite laws were enforced where applicable.

April 22 - 23  Territory Account manager  @  Uber Eats

Active management of over 700 accounts. Focused within SME/SMB portfolios with input to enterprise/franchise account partners. Working autonomously to increase revenue of key restaurant partners in line with data to ensure highest ROI. Focused on increasing market share through higher revenue and new business, increasing restaurant partner experience and onboarding existing partners to work with Uber exclusively and grow market portfolio in line with PSD2 compliance and internal food and safety requirements.

•	Owned Bulk action marketing components for the Manchester area increasing revenue for our smaller scale partners.
•	Managed projects across multiple teams, including reducing churn for accounts across Yorkshire and working alongside central operation colleagues to organize quarterly events cycle.
•	Self-prospecting and onboarding high performing restaurants partners within the greater Manchester SMB portfolio, increasing market share for UBER seeing an increase in market share by 7% on average over 3 months.
