My name is Erinn Slotta and I am a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a certificate in History. During my time at school, while getting great grades, I was the chapter president of my sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta – Psi Chapter, and I worked a part-time job at the Bonefish Grill. During the summer of 2022, I also interned at Ohio Real Title Agency, LLC in the service department where I got to learn more about real estate and customer service as well as working with a major company.

– Provided customer service by speaking to and emailing buyers, sellers, and real estate agents, making sure their needs were met and everything was input correctly
– Gained a broad knowledge of the real estate industry as well as the technology system, Qualia
– Consistently processed the most orders in the department daily and assisted the attorney on staff with finding errors in contracts
– Led a chapter of 250 members, a 26-member cabinet, and a 9-member executive board
– Sat on Finance Committee where we managed a six-figure budget, approved contracts, and determined the financial stability of the sorority
– Sat on the Executive Recruitment Board where we organized our recruitment process to meet over 1,000 women over the course of multiple weeks
– Used Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as Google Software (Docs, Calendar, Slides, Sheets, Drive) to keep track of scheduling matters and communicate chapter business
– Worked with staff at national headquarters to ensure the chapter was in compliance with all rules and regulations and functioned as the representative of the sorority to the University, alumane, and all advisors
– Began serving during my senior year of college, promoted to bartender after four months due to my hard-working attitude and positive comments from customers
– Responsible for opening and closing the bar 2-3 days a week while balancing classes
– Learned valuable customer service skills and practiced problem-solving daily
