## About me

My core competencies are process improvement, problem solving, and customer relationship management. I can identify, analyze, and manage potential risks, reviews, and impacts on the project scope, schedule, quality, and cost, and foster a team environment and customer advocacy for implementation projects. I can also provide detailed troubleshooting and problem resolutions for internal and external customers through both telephone and onsite visits as required, and support all Securus platforms and solutions. Additionally, I can communicate product options and changes clearly and concisely, navigate programs and platforms, orchestrate onsite field technicians, and facilitate conference calls to discuss project progress to stakeholders. My mission is to assist companies of any sector in becoming more successful by contributing my knowledge, creativity, and vigor to their problem-solving needs.
