At Continental, I worked with human resources experience including payroll, new hire paperwork and on-boarding. I am familiar with programs such as NCR Pulse, Aloha systems, UKG, ADP and Ctuit for new hire paperwork. An area of responsibility for myself includes setting up all interviews for Front of House and on-boarding any new hires. After completing our I-9 verification, we proceed by reviewing benefits, 401k and company policies including the employee handbook.
At Iron Hill Brewery is where I absorbed most of my Human Resources skills. I was taught how to validate payroll, adjust pay rates through Aloha Systems and facilitated all new hire paperwork. I would reach out to all candidates through Indeed and Jobvite. At this experience, I worked with UKG for on-boarding new hires and performed a weekly orientation for new candidates. This would include roughly an hour long presentation that described all benefits, 401k, PTO, and employee handbook overviews. Aside from orientation, I would verify I-9’s and set up benefits per candidate.
