I have more than 3 years in the field of Content Moderation. I am purposeful, persistent, attentive to details and always give my best at work. My principle: do your work 100% or don’t do it.
Oct. 2021 – Jun. 2022 – content moderator. Reviewing different types of media (photo, audio, video), messages and live-streaming content according to the social networking policies. The results of my work were high, so I have been promoted to become a mentor in the same department.
Jun. 2022 – Oct. 2022 – mentor. Training of new employees in the department. Teaching them how to use the platform, sharing work experience.
Oct. 2022 – Aug. 2023 – team lead. Managing an existing group of agents. Also, I was helping them to increase indicators of quality and productivity. The indicators have increased during a few months and the group became one of the most successful groups in the department (the average quality score became 90+ (out of 100), and the productivity score reached the top 10 groups as well).
Assisting customers via tickets with any questions, difficulties,problems, or bugs they have.
Communication between customers and developers (passing feedback or bugs to the tech department).
Consultation of clients in chats and tickets regarding the services provided by the company. Selection of products for customers based on their needs and capabilities.
Solving various issues related to web services (assistance in installation or setting up our products and services).
