• Serve as Meets with end users to gain a better understanding of the business needs and collaboratively identify best practice solutions.

• Develops reports, dashboards, universes, and extracts for end users using Epic Clarity.
• Develops and shares SOP documentation via SharePoint to meet organizational needs including leadership, oversight, implementation, and on-going development for the client
• Collaborates with the offshore team, Stakeholders and End Users to provide continuous customer support
