Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst

• Serve as Meets with end users to gain a better understanding of the business needs and collaboratively identify best practice solutions.
• Extract, transform and load data processes to facilitate meaningful and efficient reporting.
• Develops reports, dashboards, universes, and extracts for end users.
• Train end users on the usage of reports and BI reporting software.
• Maintains security profiles for end user access to data.
• Monitor the performance of reports and take corrective action to optimize or improve the performance as problems arise.
• Participates in the evaluation of Business Intelligence utilities and tools. Coordinates application and integration configuration needs with other IT teams and end users. Assists in the installation, configuration, and upgrades of BI software.
• Document the development of all processes used in Production as well as the resolution of problems.

• Provides steady state support by addressing Software related issues, such as workflow walkthroughs, maintenance tasks, and break/fix resolutions in the Epic Ambulatory module.
• Lead project teams in Full Life Cycle Implementations of the Epic Ambulatory and Inpatient Orders for clinics in the health network
• Lead post go live support for Software implementations for Epic Ambulatory and Inpatient Orders
• Utilize Reporting workbench to implement an interface project by interacting with clinical department representatives to analyze needs and translate these into system design
• Extract, transform and load data processes to facilitate meaningful and efficient reporting using Epic Clarity and Reporting workbench.
• Develops reports, dashboards, universes, and extracts for end users using Epic Clarity.

• Develops and shares SOP documentation via SharePoint to meet organizational needs including leadership, oversight, implementation, and on-going development for the client
• Collaborates with the offshore team, Stakeholders and End Users to provide continuous customer support
