first phone call. While handling other sensitive documentations.
• Maintains and grows relationships with potential and past borrowers to discuss
their personal goals.
• Provides financial advice to clientele to put them in the best possible financial

• Communicating/cooperating with at least 8 people on a single mortgage
transaction.
• Constantly aware of any changes in the industry including federal law on a daily
basis.
