About me

With over 5 years in Customer Service experience I am well versed in customer care and management. I have been awarded Employee of the Month as well as Best Employee with Customer Satisfaction Rates over 3 times. At 23 I am currently studying Business Administration at Eastern Nazarene College located in Quincy, MA. There I hope to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree.

While experience is needed many Customer Service field, I show great talent in making sure that a company’s values and their retention in clients are number one. As we say in the Retail industry “Customers are important.”
