The roles for a Ramp Service Agent varied greatly.
I was tasked with the process of loading and unloading of any incoming or outgoing flights.
Making sure all sensitive items were securely stationed within the plane before take off.
Walking the plane in from its flight to its terminal, and then walking it out for take off.
Making sure all customer luggage is sent to its correct destination.

I was an intern within the creative team at TMP World Wide. My work was to primarily assist all other associates within the art team. Such tasks included, concept designing, note taking during client meetings, double checking spellings or grammar on some projects, and even assisting in web designing.
