I am an Ohio University college graduate who majored in Marketing. I am looking for opportunities in digital marketing, specifically in the fitness industry. I want my work to create a positive impact on people and help create quality marketing content that engages clients effectively.
I majored in Marketing at Ohio University and participated in two internships to gain experience in the field. One internship focused on international sales and technology while the other was focused on digital marketing.
*Multitasked by crafting quality beverages for customers while maintaining a clean workspace to enhance the overall customer experience in hopes to build rapport, increasing the rate of return for customers.
*Operated as lead during weekday shifts serving guests and managing incoming drink orders for co-worker’s tables.
*Created a 2-week schedule for a team of 10 individuals, ensuring all employees’ personal schedules were taken into consideration fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work atmosphere
*Lead a team of 5+ baristas in order to operate at maximum efficiency, maintaining cleanliness and organization of drink area while interacting with approximately 20 customers per hour.
*Fostered Starbuck’s ‘third space’ mission statement, by creating positive customer experiences in cultivating a welcoming environment through relationship building with individuals.
*Received store order of food and beverage components every other day and restocked front and back of store, as well as displaying product in an appealing manner to customers, upholding the company expectations.
*Consulted for a multi-national corporation in a team of 5 conducting international market research through the use of data bases, current company trends, and company executives of ServiceNow, to create a unique proposal for international expansion
