Roblox is a digital platform that reimagines the way people come together to create, play, explore, learn, and connect with one another. They boast over 65 million DAU, including developers and creators who create user-generated content for the platform.
– Manage and maintain Roblox’s design system, uiBlox, across mobile, desktop, web, Lua, console, and beyond.
– Led design systems solo from Feb 2021 – Dec 2022. Collaborate with team lead starting Dec 2022 to scale the design system universally.
– Craft foundational elements of design system, including but not limited to, iconography, illustrations, color, typography, layout, and components.
– Use Tokens Studio to develop a token system in YAML/json to assign values to the entire component system for cross-platform.
– Trained product team on transitioning to Abstract in 2019 and Figma in 2020.
– Support team of 40+ product designers with Figma widgets, tutorials, documentation, and plugins.
