Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is seeking a Technical Content Developer to join the Technical Content Development team. This team is responsible for current and new projects on content development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for mathematics.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and reviewing high-impact content for our various webpages and more
- Creating visual content in the forms of images and animations
- Working with different teams, such as R&D and business analytics, to prioritize content development
- Working with different teams or individually to deliver high-quality documentation
- Refining the content through customer feedback, testing and keeping current with tech
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or a related technical or scientific field
- Strong background in math or math-heavy subject matter
- Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience teaching, being a teaching assistant or textbook writing
- Experience with a programming language, specifically Wolfram Language
Location: Fully remote and seeking candidates from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Armenia, Turkey, India and Morocco
Job type: Full time (40 hours per week)/Independent Contractor
Salary: Dependent on location, candidate’s background and experience
