As a Product Specialist working in the CR Institute, you will help K-12 schools address the needs of their specific education student operations. You’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company and help redefine the way companies operate in the ABA space. You will have an understanding of how digital assessments support the development of skills for individuals in the education space. You will support the initiative to bring the WebABLLS and AFLS online tools to the forefront of the field of education as the assessment of choice when supporting students with different diagnoses. Utilizing the WebABLLS and AFLS online across the lifespan of each individual will serve to support the development of a robust repertoire of skills necessary for those individuals to become independent.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Process inbound sales orders for CR Institute assessments products (ABLLS-R & AFLS) coming from K-12 schools across the US
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure CR meets the regulatory requirements to engage in contracting
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal partners to build database of school systems within CRM (Salesforce)
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input, both wins and losses.
  • Proactively engage and communicate with customers and CentralReach business/technical teams regarding product feedback and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with internal partners to build and design a process that facilitates and expedites order entry
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience working in a face paced, remote tech environment
  • Experience working with K-12 public schools to sell or provide customer service for cloud technology and curriculum & assessment solutions that work with student data and teachers
  • Experience with or similar CRM
  • You enjoy collaborating with others, building out processes, and learning as you go
  • Passion and ability to truly understand a client’s business in order to educate customers on how CentralReach will be meaningful to their business
  • You have an extreme hunger to be successful and help CentralReach sales and customers win
  • You have thrived in a startup or similar environment where the only constant is change
  • You embrace aggressive goals and work hard to achieve them
  • You’re naturally curious and invest time and energy into learning more about the sales process, your prospects, and the solutions you’re selling
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • You hustle! All that preparedness doesn’t slow you down
