Vice President, Strategic Client Management is responsible for building and leading a team of clinical and operational leaders focused on developing and nurturing meaningful relationships with key client partners and growth opportunities. This role will have the critical task of evolving a client management strategy to include clinically focused outcomes expectations, quarterly client reviews, and ultimately drive differentiation through a combination of people and platform. In doing so, TeleTracking expects to see growth in commercial sales opportunities and client retention leading to greater recurring revenue for the organization.

Additionally, working corroboratively and cross-functionally, this role will continue to enhance TeleTracking’s overall clinical operations strategy, ensure our solutions and services drive desired outcomes, and serve as an internal and external thought leader. The role will be responsible for setting targets and achieving outcomes with existing clients and may also support select pre-sale and marketing activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and scale a high performing, multidisciplinary, clinical and operational executive team and ultimately manage day-to-day operations for the team with goals of driving clinical, programmatic, operational, and client satisfaction outcomes consistently. In doing so, ensuring the continued recurring revenue of these clients to the organization.
  • In partnership with the Commercial Center of Excellence, Client Transformation, Product and others, the role looks to establish an end to end client lifecycle strategy and how we appropriately build roles and functions to support the needed outcomes at each stage of the lifecycle.
  • Provide ongoing consultative clinical and operational expertise to inform the organization’s strategic direction as it relates to solution development, go-to-market and commercial strategy and M&A.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry changes with an eye toward next generation evolution of our solution and service offerings.

EDUCATION AND LICENSES

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare-Related field, Required
  • Masters Degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare-Related field, Required
  • Valid Driver’s License, Required
  • Registered Nurse, Required

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 15+ years’ experience in a clinical operations role
  • 6+ years of management experience, including managing clinical teams
  • 5+ years in commercial sales and/or account management
  • Proven clinical expertise in one or more of TeleTracking’s clinical areas of impact Experience in high growth operations and/or digital health startups
  • A passion and bold point of view for transforming clinical operations and adoption, building teams, and perspectives that shape the future
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
  • Eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment, to be a team player, and to support the team’s goals with a “no task is beneath you” mentality (player/coach)
  • Ability to foster innovation and thought-leadership, exemplary written and interpersonal communication skills.
