Vice President, Strategic Client Management is responsible for building and leading a team of clinical and operational leaders focused on developing and nurturing meaningful relationships with key client partners and growth opportunities. This role will have the critical task of evolving a client management strategy to include clinically focused outcomes expectations, quarterly client reviews, and ultimately drive differentiation through a combination of people and platform. In doing so, TeleTracking expects to see growth in commercial sales opportunities and client retention leading to greater recurring revenue for the organization.
Additionally, working corroboratively and cross-functionally, this role will continue to enhance TeleTracking’s overall clinical operations strategy, ensure our solutions and services drive desired outcomes, and serve as an internal and external thought leader. The role will be responsible for setting targets and achieving outcomes with existing clients and may also support select pre-sale and marketing activities.
