Purpose of the Role

Reports to the Director, Brand and works closely with the Campaign Managers to create copy that represents the LAZ voice and messaging templates and brand guidelines.

Key Problem to Solve for the Business

Brings the brand to life with all writing assignments making sure the LAZ voice is integral in all content.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Utilizes deep market understandings to quickly interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands.
  • Researches and understands the needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings.
  • Writes original copy and edits content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.
  • Collaborates with a team of marketing managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product.
  • Presents copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to strategy as needed.
  • Revises copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
