Requirements

Sales Representative:

  • Proudly markets and sells Americollect and AmeriEBO’s suite of healthcare revenue cycle solutions that maximize the recovery of self-pay and post-insurance balances, supporting clients in realizing revenue, cash flow, and payment cycle goals.
  • Generates new business prospects by placing phone calls, crafting emails, representing the business at tradeshows, and networking to build relationships within the industry.
  • Builds Americollect’s Ridiculously Nice reputation by educating industry professionals and prospective/existing clients on the business’s culture, and products and services. Delivers branded presentations tailored to the objectives and obstacles of the audience. Markets key features and technical specifications of products and services, proactively working to eliminate hesitations.
  • Negotiates the terms of client/business partnerships, assisting in the development and execution of contracts.
  • Partners internally to support implementations, optimize client results, and investigate complaints or issues.
  • Leverages a customer relationship management system to document all sales activity and client communications.
  • Contributes to the development and execution of strategies to grow the business through an increase of sales. Communicates sales forecasts, progress towards goals, and anticipated obstacles to the team.
  • Gathers and shares intel by studying the marketplace and seeking information about competitor products and services, pricing, and marketing initiatives.

Required Education:

High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Education:

Two Years of College or Associate’s Degree

OR Comparable Experience

Experience:

  • 5+ year(s) of experience in a direct sales capacity preferred, specifically within the healthcare revenue cycle industry

Knowledge and Certifications:

  • Knowledge of emerging and proven sales methodologies and approaches required
  • Knowledge of the collections industry or healthcare revenue cycle required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Achievement of the Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist designation preferred
  • Achievement of the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional designation preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Proficient in leveraging customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce, required
  • Reliable mode of transportation required
