Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client’s product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific): 24/7
Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment: 15 hours per week, 90 days (as needed)
Language: English

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer Support experience is a must (phones, chats and emails)
  • Hands-on experience with helping and guiding customers to troubleshoot issues step-by-step
  • Hard-wired (preferred), stable and reliable internet connection
  • Wired headset (no bluetooth/wireless)
  • Quiet area to take calls
  • Good attitude
  • Positive, helpful and proactive
  • Must be reliable and responsible
  • Comfortable with navigating large amounts of information and resources, following workflows
  • Comfortable with walking the customer through clearing browser cache and cookies and minor technical troubleshooting steps
  • Able to test issues on their own
  • CRM Tool Experience (similar to Intercom, Zendesk, etc)
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Chinese speaking/able to read Chinese is a plus

WorkSpace Requirements

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
