We’re looking for a Head of Product, Platform to help us transform the future of healthcare staffing. In this role you’ll hire, nurture, and lead a team of talented Product Managers tasked with solving hard problems and achieving business outcomes for Trusted’s platform which facilities love using to manage their flexible workforce.
You’ll be collaborating closely with other Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Business leaders to achieve our shared mission. Your day-to-day will involve developing a deep understanding of our customer’s journey and pain points, setting the product vision, OKRs, and priorities to guide the team. In this role you’ll lead our strategy for customer acquisition, engagement, and success across every step of the candidate lifecycle. You’ll have the opportunity to create and build something from the ground-up by developing a team of world-class product managers that continuously raise the bar to deliver on our mission, while having fun!
The Head of Product, Enterprise will report to the VP of Product.
Recruit, nurture, mentor and grow a talented team of product managers to expand their expertise and deepen their impact.
Own and articulate a clear product vision that will delight our healthcare professionals and is aligned with our company vision/strategy.
Help balance short-term priorities with long-term vision through relentless prioritization. Collaborate cross-functionally with other product leaders, engineering, marketing and operations to develop and evolve our product roadmaps.
Own team OKRs, goals, and executive communications.
Drive an efficient product planning process that leads to measurable customer impact and business results.

Passionate Product Leader. You’ve spent 10+ years in Product management at high-growth companies. You’re not only skilled at bringing to life large-scale strategic initiatives, but also at getting your hands dirty and getting things done. You’re a leader and a maker.
A Great People Manager. You’ve spent 5+ years managing product managers of all levels. You’ve excelled as a people manager and love to mentor and coach—both directly and indirectly.

10+ years as a Product Manager building products in-house at high-growth companies, with a minimum of 5 years in hiring, mentoring, and promoting product managers.
A track record of building and scaling reliable platform products like payments, chat, customer/client profiles, etc.
Expert knowledge of product management best practices, deep customer obsession, and data-driven decision making.
Strong communication/documentation, time-management, planning, and collaboration skills.
