About the role:
As the Paid Marketing Director you will be a strategic leader within our marketing team, driving the global paid media agenda; planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing initiatives. In addition to driving customer acquisition, and a strong focus on performance marketing, this also includes brand marketing campaigns where appropriate.
You will lead a global team of paid media professionals with significant budgets across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms (including Affiliate marketing), as well as work closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Design, Product and Analytics to ensure cohesive and impactful experiences for users across marketing channels and product.
