Remote Product Marketing Manager @ Osano

As the Product Marketing Manager at Osano you will help drive work in supplying compelling content and tools to our sales enablement function. In this position, you will work closely with product management, sales enablement, and rev ops to develop and roll out assets and programs that helps the field in everything from the sales plays to product launches. Osano’s Marketing function is a revenue-driven organization. This role will be measured on the success of the sales motions, how successful each sales play or campaign is in the market, and the sales team’s utilization of tools and materials. As the Product Marketing Manager at Osano you’ll ensure that our core messages and positioning are translated into content and sales tools to support all customer-facing teams, facilitating prospect engagement and effective customer conversations. You will work collaboratively across the revenue organization, including sales leadership, enablement, demand and product marketing and revenue operations, utilizing your expertise to equip our sellers with and implement highly effective sales tools and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys innovation, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Compensation

Based on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual base compensation to be between $120,000 and $130,000. We want everyone at Osano to have a stake in our success so you’ll also receive stock options upon joining the company.
