Piper Companies is currently seeking an Associate Software Developer for a fully remote contract-to-hire opportunity at a leading SaaS ecommerce company. The Associate Developer will design and implement user interfaces, improve the functionality of web applications, and collaborate with a team to build and improve POS, parking meter, IoT, and SaaS products.

Responsibilities of the Associate Developer:

  • Design and implement new features and microservices on front end
  • Conduct bug fixes or feature improvements to current systems
  • Participate in the production of software solutions that balance business needs and architectural specifications
  • Work with React, JavaScript, React Hooks, Node.js, Express.js, AWS, Graph QL, Redux

Qualifications of the Associate Developer:

  • 2+ years utilizing React, Angular, Vue, Ember, or Svelte frameworks for web application development
  • Must have familiarity with Node.js
  • Experience with calling/consuming REST APIs
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Must hold U.S. citizenship or green card visa

 Compensation for the Associate Developer:

  • Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000 (based on years of experience)

Interview Process for the Associate Developer:

  • Introductory call (30 min)
  • Technical/behavioral assessment (1 hour)
  • Final interview – Team Panel
