Product marketing managers are responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of new products to customers. As a part of Chargebee’s Product Marketing team you will play a key role in defining how we take our products and capabilities to market in the mid-market and enterprise segments. You will be responsible to develop a differentiated positioning, messaging and a compelling narrative for Chargebee’s value proposition for these customers – especially with the CB’s Offerings in the Receivables and Collections space.

You will partner closely with other disciplines as well as the Collections teams to define customer acquisition strategies including demand generation campaigns to generate a repeatable and predictable pipeline. Working closely with product management you will influence the product strategy and roadmap, and develop and execute go-to-market plans to launch newer features and extensions of the Collections offering.


  • Influence compelling enterprise messaging and positioning, customer journeys, use cases, personas, offers, pricing, sales plays, and more – in service to the Receivables offering.
  • Drive development of key messages and value stories that resonate with target buyers.
  • Partner with the corporate communications team to craft our external story and with growth marketing teams to execute cohesive campaigns that drive customer demand and engagement.
  • Work with the Collections team to advocate / evangelize the Chargebee Receivables platform and its vision as a part of the overall Chargebee offering.
  • Research and thoroughly develop a deep understanding of the customer and receivables software marketplace, and a strong point-of-view on how those should inform the strategy.
  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap and sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Become a trusted partner to the sales and customer success teams and drive internal enablement programs.


  • 4+ years of relevant product marketing experience in high growth B2B businesses. Preferably in B2B Financial services.
  • Proven track record working with geographically distributed, cross-functional programs and teams in B2B SaaS organizations.
