The Assistant Product Manager for Mobile Experience team is responsible for collaborating on the strategic vision and global product roadmap relative to GM’s suite of customer-facing mobile applications. This position holds responsibility for mobile feature planning and requirements across North America and Global Regions, working in concert with CX’s product management and engineering teams to bring a world-class customer experience to market for our customers. The Assistant Product Manager works with cross-functional teams toward common goals (user experience, marketing, legal, privacy, 3rd parties, engineering, etc.) to deliver app features and functionality that makes customer’s lives easier, more convenient, and more comfortable.
The Assistant Product Manager must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick, calculated decision-making and cross-organizational alignment is required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to understand mobile technologies, and a motivation to expand and unify our experiences in all GM’s digital platforms.
The person in this role will report into the CX World Class Interfaces team under the Customer Experience organization.
