Copy.ai is a fully remote company. All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern.

We believe this is an opportunity to do career-defining work. You will define the user experience for how people use the latest in machine learning technology to unlock knowledge. Reporting our Head of Design, your primary responsibility will be our SaaS web application. You will also work on other growth initiatives and products from time to time.

What you’ll do:

Design Strategy
Leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
Setting the vision for the user experience and creating the space for others to collaborate.
Prototyping and Validation
Designing wireframes, user flows, and detailed interactions that promote ease of use and optimize how customers interact with the product.
Creating prototypes at varying levels of fidelity to test and validate designs.
Utilizing data and user feedback to guide the iteration of the design.
Collaboration and Communication
Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align product strategy and design decisions.
Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers clearly and effectively.

About you; You are:

6+ years of product design experience
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including SaaS / B2B projects
Ability to tackle complex design challenges, innovate, and create kick-ass user experience
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to changes, and continuously learn and apply new design methodologies and tools
Experience with machine learning products is a plus
