A Finance Operations Analyst who will drive our monthly owner distribution statement process and support ongoing finance operations projects and deliverables with a high degree of ownership and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
Drive monthly homeowner distribution statement process from statement creation to escalation resolutions
Perform asset-level diligence including review of leases, financial conditions, historical property operating results, financial assumptions and other information
Partner with owner relations, operations, and onboarding to triage owner questions and correct any issues
Manage or support concurrent projects end-to-end while continuously performing triage on priorities
Use financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets.
Leverage information across our CRM, internal systems, dashboards, and data models to resolve various issues raised by cross functional teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture inputs and ensure alignment and consistency in dashboards & reports
Leverage information across internal systems to review contracts, invoices, payments, and data to data to support cross functional communications
Own cross functional communication with Owner Relations, Operations, Tax, Treasury, and Accounting
Evaluate and improve data quality, completeness, compliance, and cleanliness in Salesforce and other systems.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Owner Relations, and Engineering teams to increase efficiency through process automation and implementing best practices
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Systems, or a related field
1-2+ years of experience in an Finance, Accounting, or Operations role
You have a very strong attention to detail
You have a strong business acumen and know that problem-solving goes beyond the numbers
You are a self-starter and have a bias for action
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated ability to effectively define and resolve problems that balance multiple needs and interests.
Excellent communication and people skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company
