GoCanvas connects field teams and the office through our central workflow platform. We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to become our next Sales Operations Systems Administrator to help optimize the process and efficiency of the Revenue Operations team. As our Sales Operations Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for helping the sales team streamline processes and use their available technology to support aggressive growth goals. Reporting to our Director, Sales Operations, the successful candidate will have a strong background in sales support, including managing the sales tech stack and vendors, communicating effectively across departments, and managing small to mid-size projects to optimize or implement new technology or sales processes.

Your Most Important Initiatives: 

  • Managing and optimizing the sales tools technology stack:
  • Onboarding & Offboarding of tech stack users (adding new hires to technology platforms, ensuring they have all new-hire documentation, etc).
  • Regular audits of permissions & users
  • Overall process and workflow optimization
  • Vendor contracts & renewals
  • Bridge the gap between various sales-facing systems and the users who interact with all systems.
  • Sales Tools technical upkeep, including assisting Salespeople in any questions or issues regarding their tech stack (reaching out to our partner vendors to open and monitor tickets for bug-fixes, etc).
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of system functions and data flows.
  • Assist in the project management of integration of newly acquired companies, from a sales technical standpoint, including but not limited to:
  • Merging of lead flows and lead processes
  • Implementing new teams into sales tools
  • Ensuring accurate reporting of all sales metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements for & implement workflow, process, and business improvements like lead flow, customer experience during the sales cycle, salesperson workflow, etc
  • Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sales technologies.
  • Serve as a secondary Salesforce Admin Support / Jira ticket queue
  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement to educate and roll out new processes and tools to sales reps and business partners.

What You Bring

  • 3+ Years experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or System Administration Role
  • Experience Managing Sales Tech Stack (Examples: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Groove, Vidyard, CoVideo, Chili Piper, Salesloft, LeanData, etc)
  • Experience Implementing New Sales Tools, Processes, and Technology
  • Salesforce Admin support experience is highly preferred, though Salesforce certification is not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially focused in the area of communicating highly technical information to individuals who are not as technically knowledgeable.
  • Agile mentality and sense of urgency to support the sales technology stack ecosystem as issues arise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving technology needs.
  • Some project management experience is highly preferred.

  • Streamlined (and successfully adopted) processes for sales tool administration, including improved workflows and easy ramp for new hires.
  • Improved technical communications among the Sales organization and related stakeholders.
  • Clear views of relevant data points and Sales KPIs for all stakeholders.
  • Strict user management of sales tools
  • “One-stop shop” for sales reps to come for questions or technical sales support.
  • Subject matter expert on lead/opportunity flow through sales tech stack.
  • Subject matter expert on sales tool functionality.
