League’s Revenue Operations team is a key partner in the daily operations of our Growth and Customer teams. Our mission is to build a consistently high-achieving, understood, and predictable revenue engine.

The right candidate will bring revenue operations experiences from the SaaS landscape, deep experience with go-to-market execution and reporting. If you are a positive, curious and motivated person who likes a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has the urge to improve processes on an ongoing basis, you will enjoy being a member of the League Revenue Operations team.

In this role, you will:

  • Support our Growth functions across the customer journey, with a focus on go-to-market execution for our different business segments
  • Support the Growth function by deploying and maintaining a best in class tech stack focused on driving revenue growth with repeatability
  • Maintain a set of high quality data supporting the Revenue generating teams – both through regular review and by implementing best practices for the teams to utilize
  • Support variable compensation for the growth organization in both planning and actual calculation capacities
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, revenue operations, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
  • Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments, geographies, and go-to-market teams
  • Producing routine and ad-hoc sales reporting and data deep dives for all of our key business units

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related functions in a B2B Technology Go-To-Market Organization
  • B2B company experience: scaling an organization through significant growth
  • Experience in key sales tech stack systems like Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.
  • Proven experience with reporting and analysis tools (Excel/Sheets, SF Dashboards & Reporting)
  • You are a self-starter with a voracious appetite to learn and grow
  • You are able to translate complex data into simple insights, and communicate them effectively
  • You are methodical in your routine and pride yourself in the accuracy of your work
  • You are curious — you want to be the person who solves the problem
  • You are well spoken and your written and verbal communication is clear
  • You can adapt to rapidly-changing environments and work with cross-functional teams
