This position will focus on employment and litigation support, and lead day-to-day compliance with legal processes, such as subpoenas, law enforcement requests, claims management, and litigation intake, in addition to supporting Zynga’s in-house attorneys and outside counsel. Working closely with in-house attorneys, Legal Ops, and outside counsel, this person will be responsible for ensuring all things litigation and employment run smoothly. The ideal candidate will enjoy multitasking and working on competing priorities, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to take on new projects and help where needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the litigation team, including triaging mail and subpoenas, law enforcement requests, consumer complaints, and compliance
  • Maintain legal team knowledge and documents, including maintenance of knowledge management and document management tools
  • Assist with case management and eDiscovery in litigation matters
  • Handle routine and moderately complex legal matters in area of responsibility with minimal supervision
  • Oversee legal billing and spend processes and managing onboarding of legal vendors and matters
  • Have an eye for detail and constantly look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiencies
  • Support legal activities in other substantive areas, including Privacy, Product Compliance, and Intellectual Property, as needed.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive work relationships at all levels across the organization
  • A positive can-do attitude, good judgment, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and Acrobat
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up and take on additional projects as necessary
