Responsibilities:
- Managing the site blog and transferring TORs to copywriters.
- Working with site analysts and timely optimisation of the pages assigned by them.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the site and managing the team.
- Auditing the site and developing a strategy for the future in order to increase the number of leads.
- Understanding the business side of the company in order to prioritize.
- Finding new solutions to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in SEO (internal, external and technical) for 3+ years.
- Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog tools.
- Ability to analyze and report on processes and results.
- Experience in team management.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate or above.
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of the German language.
- Ability to work with content in different styles: news, for social networks – for further integration with the site.
- Ability to work with Google Ads (drafting advertising texts and customisation).
