InfiCare has been providing Contingent Staffing and Direct Hire staffing services to its clients across the US and in four continents Since 2001. Starting from a modest beginning in 2001, today we service clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to medium sized businesses as well as small niche firms. In US we are based at Dulles, VA.
We are hiring “Senior Recruiter” for one of our clients.

Summary of Duties

  • Utilize various sources and mediums to conduct strategic sourcing and outreach initiatives to identify and engage with top active and passive talent in the marketplace
  • Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums and places appropriate advertisements
  • Partners with Hiring Managers to understand current and future needs, and delivers qualified candidates in the agreed upon timelines
  • Ensures integrity of the recruitment cycle; maintains accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities
  • Manages requisitions and hiring to meet organizational goals to include quality of hires; time to fill and cost per hire
  • Develops strategies to attract candidates of diverse backgrounds; utilizing media to foster affirmative action and diversity goals
  • Explores the market for recruitment best practices and presents recommendations to the organization
  • Builds quality relationships with internal and external customers
  • Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral materials to attract applicants
  • Administration of Applicant Tracking System
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years relevant experience
  • Previous experience supporting a variety of skill sets, with a strong emphasis in technical recruiting
  • Strong sourcing experience with the ability to engage with passive candidates
  • Demonstrated experience using diverse methods of sourcing, including social media outlets
  • Must be strategic thinker and an SME in the field
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers (clients) to counsel on best recruitment practices
  • Expertise in recruitment market trends
  • Has Excellent organization and follow up skills ability to organize, plan and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow through
  • Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback; while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Has project management skills
  • Experience with MS Office product line, to include Excel
