BCBH Technology Services has a remote opportunity for an experienced SEO Manager. The SEO Manager is responsible for all SEO optimization and marketing campaigns. Improving organic search results; creating and launching SEO campaigns; identifying areas of improvement; and tracking our rankings in major search engines.

The manager will analyze and present performance dashboard data, communicating opportunities and areas for improvement to internal teams. The manager will build and execute organic SEO improvements, and will continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of those campaigns and monitor new developments and changes in organic activity.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Review and audit websites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised.
  • Strategize ways to improve and track site performance.
  • Identify the most effective keywords using SEMrush and other SEO tools.
  • Ensure websites contain high volume keywords.
  • Use Google Search Quality Guidelines to optimize content on websites.
  • Keep current with white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines.
  • Keep current with all Google algorithm updates and changes.
  • Compile and present SEO performance reports.
  • Consult with our digital agency to improve the navigation of a site to enhance its search engine ranking.
  • Assess SEO tools and platforms for potential implementation.
  • Evaluate service offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, and demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • All other assigned duties.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience and demonstrated success in the SEO role, leading SEO efforts.
  • Thorough understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Proven track record of increasing organic ranking and traffic.
  • Strong data analytics background.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console reporting tools.
  • Up-to-date Google Analytics certification.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO trends and Google Search Quality Guidelines.
  • Ability to conduct strategic keyword research and content planning.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Crazy Egg, SEMrush, AHREFS, Screaming Frog, etc.).
