Autonomys is an early-stage, venture-backed startup pioneering a new category at the intersection of AI and Web3. With our upcoming mainnet launch this year, the Autonomys Network is a radically decentralized, next-generation layer one blockchain powered by an innovative proof-of-archival storage (PoAS) consensus mechanism. Our project serves as a foundation for global collaboration between humans and AI, ushering in a new era of possibilities. The Subspace Protocol is based on original research funded by the US National Science Foundation.
In this role, you will:
BuildΒ user flows across both web and backend (React and Node).
IntegrateΒ directly with other blockchain networks using native RPCs.
CollaborateΒ with Product, Design, and Engineering to define, prioritize, and build features for Web3 users.
DriveΒ detailed project definition and cross-functional alignment.
DesignΒ and architect backend REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experienceΒ building open-source codeΒ that is clean, maintainable, and well-tested, for production networks at scale
2 + years of experience working withΒ TypescriptΒ andΒ Node.js
2+ years of experience of experience withΒ Ethers/Web3.jsΒ orΒ Polkadot.js
2+ years of experience working withΒ React.js
A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer systems and Web3 technologies
Preferred Skills:
Experience with theΒ RustΒ programming language
Familiarity withΒ SubstrateΒ and the Polkadot ecosystem
Experience withΒ SubsquidΒ data indexing and querying framework
