RESPONSIBILITIES

What can you expect?

Your primary role will include assisting with brainstorming and developing comprehensive proposals and strategies for the entertainment clients, including movies, TV and streaming and other brand campaigns.
  • Co-lead on a variety of client-facing social media audits, reports, and strategy documents
  • Review and feedback on the work of junior team members
  • Generate tactical and strategic recommendations for our clients’ social accounts
  • Research industry trends and have a point of view on best practices by platform
  • Analyse performance data from social media networks and pull out the most valuable insights
  • Create visually appealing and cohesively designed presentations for clients
  • Serve as a team leader with a strong focus on process improvements and team development
  • Training new team members across our tasks
  • Become an expert on each of our clients’ unique needs and priorities

QUALIFICATIONS

What’s important for us:

  • Previous experience working on social media for major brands
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms and their most current tools and features
  • Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to pro-actively generate new ideas
  • Strong ability to analyse data and identify most valuable insights
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong visual communication and design skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High work-ethic and self-motivation

Nice to have:

  • Project and/or people management experience
  • Client communication experience – focused on parsing client feedback and solving problems
  • Experience with collaborative tools for managing workflows and processes, such as Monday, Trello, and Airtable
  • Experience with third party social media analytics tools, such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and ListenFirst

SALARY

Β£31,000 – Β£35,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Permanent / Full time. Either in our Edinburgh office or remote within the UK.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

First,Β you will receive questions to self-record a video response.

We will then invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting Robyn, our Social Media Strategy Manager, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions. After the initial interview, you may be sent a short task to complete (if you’re open to it).

You may then be asked to have a final interview, where you will meet Duncan, our Chief Content Officer (30 minutes, MS Teams).
