Remote Design Lead @ Jimdo

As the Design Lead, you’ll be the creative force behind our visual strategy, driving brand consistency and delivering engaging visual content across all platforms. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, particularly in integrating AI into the creative process.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and execute the visual strategy for all brand assets, ensuring high consistency across campaigns.
• Share your knowledge and experience, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Innovate by integrating AI tools into the design process, enhancing creative output and efficiency.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate brand storytelling, particularly during product launches and brand activations.

What you bring to the table

• Proven experience as a Design Lead, Art Director, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and campaign execution.
• High proficiency in design software, including innovative tools like AI-driven design platforms.
• Experience in both agency and in-house environments, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex settings.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience working with frontend engineers and a background in the technology sector (preferred but not mandatory).
