Remote Sales Operations Analyst @ PadSplit

PadSplit is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes, by focusing (at first) on developing and activating a new segment of our host marketplace. This role analyzes data, streamlines workflows, and provides insights to support the various sales teams in achieving their goals, ultimately driving growth and better service for the community. By enhancing operational clarity, the analyst ensures resources are focused on scaling affordable housing opportunities.

The Interview Process:

$35,000 – $42,000 a year

Compensation is evaluated based on the role’s scope, market benchmarks, the contractor’s expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals.
