The customer is a company specializing in HR software development and implementation. The company offers its customers solutions to optimize business processes, increase efficiency and motivation of employees, and comply with legal regulations. The project is focused on digital transformation, aiming to reduce manual work and increase efficiency. It also includes professional services like project management and training to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the solutions.

Technology stack: Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, Linux.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing build and deployment processes (currently based on Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub etc.).
  • Collaborating with the development teams to continuously improve the development experience.
  • Working with the operations team on the provision of test environments.
  • Building and optimizing observability (monitoring, alerting) platform, using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, to support SaaS operations.
  • Closely cooperating with development teams and the team managing the customer’s SaaS solution.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience as a DevOps Engineer for 7+ years.
  • Experience with Azure.
  • Experience in prioritizing automating infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Skills in automated development processes using Jenkins or similar CI/CD systems, including the required toolchain such as Nexus, etc.
  • Experience in operating web-based applications, including monitoring and alerting, ideally also in reliability management.
  • Experience of cloud technologies (primarily Azure), in areas such as networking, storage, integration, compute and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Linux.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, deep expertise in relevant technologies (e.g., IaC), and staying up-to-date on current trends.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

  • Open to collaborating with experienced specialists for IBM Power Systems.
