We are seeking a Technology Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and partner with our valued clients and prospects to maximize the benefits of our new Access Management tool. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and field sales associates in the HCM industry. You will serve as their primary point of contact for technology products and applications, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and collaborating closely with them to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. This role requires a deep understanding of Access Management solutions, the technology and security roles in an organization, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients and prospects.

Base, Uncapped Commission, Bonus, and RSUs
This role can be performed from any office in the US. The base pay range for this position is $60,000 – $85,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
