What to expect:
- Strategically source candidates for various types of corporate roles including Engineering, Sales, Marketing and others.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude.
- Work with urgency to move your positions to close by fully owning the roles you are assigned, and managing the process and communication flow.
- Fully own the compensation discussion, analysis and presentation for all of your candidates.
- Act as a point of contact and strong representation of the brand, and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Partner on consistently improving the overall recruiting process.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in partnership with the Hiring Managers.
- Monitor and apply recruiting best practices.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proven work experience as a successful Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
- Experience sourcing for GTM positions w/in a high tech company
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews to identify the best fit for the position.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
- Ability to identify and utilize assessment tools.
- Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Sourcing sites, specifically, Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
- Ability to successfully manage compensation conversations, analysis and presentation to candidates.
- High close rate
- Comfortability with a metrics driven role.
- Works well with the Managers / Builds strong relationships
- Professional, process oriented, internally motivated and driven to succeed (can do attitude)
- Flexible, team player, detail oriented, deadline driven
- Strong decision-making skills
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business or other
Compensation
$80,000 – $100,000 + Quarterly Variable Bonus
This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
