Weβre looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR)Β to play a key role in helping us with the growth of our team by engaging new prospects for Webflow Enterprise. You’ll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by managing our outbound lead pipeline and identifying sales opportunities.
For sales roles, the ranges provided are the roleβs On Target Earnings (βOTEβ) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidateβs market location,Β job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.
