As a Staff Analytics Engineer youβll β¦
Design and build scalable, reliable, and well-documented data models and pipelines that form the foundation of the analytics stack and support cross-functional business needs.
Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams by deeply understanding business domains, fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement through data.
Lead the evolution of our data warehouse architecture, analytics engineering workflows, and BI layerβcontributing to the development of intuitive dashboards and self-serve tools that empower data-informed decision-making.
Collaborate closely with data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to define and maintain trusted metrics, ensure data quality, and improve usability and accessibility of core data assets.
Drive best practices in metric development, testing frameworks, lineage tracking, and documentation standards using tools such as dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau.
Serve as a subject matter expertΒ and thought partner in strategic, cross-functional initiativesβapplying systems thinking and deep technical expertise to improve data flows and inform high-impact decisions.

About you:
Youβll thrive as a Staff Analytics Engineer if you:
Have7+ years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering or related data roles β You have deep experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable data models and infrastructure, ideally in a modern data stack environment.
Have strong experience managing/leading the following disciplines:
SQL/Python
Data modeling
ETL/ELT
Cloud Warehouses
Are tech-savvy and systems-oriented β Youβre comfortable writing and working with dbt and tools like Snowflake and Tableau, and youβve helped shape scalable workflows that balance speed and governance.
Have a track record of building and scaling data foundations β Youβve led the implementation of high quality data models, data testing frameworks, dashboards, and documentation standards that enable trust and reusability.
Have strong communication and project management skills β You can distill technical topics for non-technical audiences and drive adoption of data best practices across teams. You work seamlessly with stakeholders across a variety of teams as well to deliver impactful solutions.
