  • Employ a consultative sales approach to help and convert our prospects. You’ll deliver demos and consultative campaign launch recommendations that are tailored to customer needs, for a range of business owners and decision-makers looking to launch their products on Indiegogo
  • Be accountable to sales goals. You’ll have quarterly quotas for sales, which you’ll accomplish through a consultative approach – you should love diving into various consumer product verticals and thoroughly understanding their needs and audiences and using that context to pitch Indiegogo platform value to prospective businesses
  • Be a community leader and influencer. You’ll represent Indiegogo in the tech and design entrepreneurship and business community, including but not limited to: networking and/or speaking at conferences and community events, contribute to content, online/offline events, and strategic programs at Indiegogo or with Indiegogo partners that further our business outreach at scale
  • Be a team player. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams that contribute to the full sales and customer lifecycle to ensure client success and engagement longevity.


  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in a sales, with B2B experience preferred
  • Experience in a consultative sales role for an Internet/ecommerce/marketplace business
  • You have a history of exceeding sales quotas throughout your career.
  • Help us identify you by sharing your results Ability to navigate complex business sales cycles, demonstrate value and handle objections, while delivering a delightful customer experience throughout the process
  • Excellent, concise communication so you can easily convey your thoughts, opinions, and feelings with customers and teammates
  • Ability to identify and engage decision-makers within a prospective client organization
  • Strong sales toolkit: you can prospect, qualify, demonstrate, negotiate, and close deals
  • The right attitude towards a sense of urgency, risk, and ambiguity that naturally comes with working at a startup
  • Positive attitude with a focus on having a growth mindset

***REMOTE WORK*** Indiegogo is a remote-first working culture that offers coverage for office space where ever you reside domestically.

This role is open to remote US residents. We are currently accepting applications from all parts of the US however International applicants are not currently accepted for the HQ team. Please note that all qualified candidates should have US sponsorship or residency to work in the US.
