The Customer Success team focuses on fostering product adoption, strengthening relationships, and supporting renewals. Customer Success Managers align solutions with objectives, guide milestones, and track metrics. They use advanced tools to build connections and identify opportunities for sustained growth.

Partner with our Web Performance and Security customers

As a Customer Success Manager, you will build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success. You’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide strategic guidance. Your focus is on fostering long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the primary trusted point of contact to key customer stakeholders, building relationship and customer success
  • Managing daily account responsibilities, facilitating meetings, resolving escalations, conducting QBRs, and related tasks.
  • Creating a success plan to help customers adopt and operationalize Akamai products, achieving their business goals
  • Monitoring customer health and usage to identify risks, ensuring adoption, renewals, and overall account health.
  • Partnering with the Sales team on renewal activities

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 5 years of relevant experience and a High school / Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to present to various stakeholders
  • Have knowledge of internet technologies, security, web analytics, and digital performance management solutions
  • Have effective analytical and problem-solving skills
