We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our critical applications across iOS and Web platforms, specifically tailored for the unique demands of a manufacturing environment.
This role is fully remote, but must be based in Mexico. With full work authorization already in effect. No Visa sponsorship available
Job Description
What you will need:
- Visual Design & UI Kit Development: Ability to design high-fidelity user interfaces that adhere to established design principles, brand guidelines, and platform-specific (iOS, Web) conventions. Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive UI component library/design system in Figma.
- Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes using Figma to test design concepts and gather feedback from internal stakeholders and end-users.
- Cross-Platform Design: Design and adapt user experiences for native iOS applications, as well as responsive web platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal performance across all devices used in a manufacturing setting (e.g., tablets on the factory floor, desktop PCs in offices).
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and other designers to translate complex manufacturing requirements into elegant and usable design solutions.
- Iterative Design: Embrace an iterative design process, continuously gathering feedback, analyzing data, and refining designs.

Fluent English- you will be working with international teams constantly to design and discuss daily.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a digital product environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across iOS and Web platforms.Solid understanding of user-centric design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on both loose concepts and narrowly defined, tactical features.
Bonus Points:
- Experience designing for industrial applications, enterprise software, or systems used in manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environments.
- Experience with motion design or animation for user interfaces.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Understanding of AI agents and Agentic Workflows.
