At WorkWave we are searching for an SEO Specialist to help build engaging and valuable content that will create a great user experience. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and have an eye for SEO strategies that will increase website traffic and performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Optimize copy across all of our websites for search engine optimization
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Identify content opportunities for our blog through keyword research and competitor analysis
Track and report website analytics and share key highlights with the team
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Work closely with development and creative team to improve user experience of our websites

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1-2 years of proven SEO experience
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Experience with website analytics tools (i.e Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Experience with SEO tools (ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and technical SEO
Ability to be highly analytical, while at the same time highly creative
Must be comfortable working remotely and/or collaborating with remote coworkers
